Without the Holy Spirit you cannot have a relationship with God, our one and only Almighty God JEHOVAH.
Our Lord, Redeemer, Saviour and Messiah JESUS Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever said as it is written in John 14 of the Holy Bible:
John 14:

"14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you."
PRAY Our Lord's Prayer on your knees or lying down in total submission to Almighty God. And confess all your sings, evils and wrongdoings to Him; ask for forgiveness and His mercies and His Holy Spirit to help you to repent and not to sin or do any evil again.
Then sing solemnly There is power in the blood: in the blood,
There is power in the blood;
There is power in the blood of JESUS Christ.
(Repeat 7 times)
Then sing:
The blood of JESUS;
The blood of JESUS Christ set me free from sin and sorrow.
(Repeat 7 times)
Declare: Oh! My Lord JESUS Christ, you said in Matthew 26:28:
"This is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."
THEN recite solemnly:

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:"
NOW pray solemnly to thank Almighty God and welcome His Holy Spirit in the mighty name of JESUS Christ. And the Holy Spirit will give you utterance to speak in tongues of declarations, exaltations and revelations of Almighty God JEHOVAH.
Be warned, once you receive the Holy Spirit, you must bless everything that is good and curse everything that is is evil. Because it is written in Job 22:28-NOW

"28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
29 When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.
30 He shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands."
BE WARNED: Do not speak in tongues if the Holy Spirit does not give you utterance.
Again, you must not boast, brag or threaten anyone with the power of the Holy Spirit.
