Some people take jobs because they are convenient or close to their home. One man told me he had spent his entire life working on a job that made him miserable. “Then why have you worked there for 25 years?” I asked. He replied, “It is only 10 minutes from my house, and in 3 years I will receive a gold watch. I do not want to leave too early and miss my gold watch.”
