Many Christians believe nobody needs to repent and all people have received salvation, even though they don't know it yet. This is called universalism. It ultimately means God never judges anyone and never punishes sin. There is only grace and there is salvation for all, no matter if we believe or repent. Not what people do determines their salvation, but God's love does.
