ABOUT "WEDNESDAY NIGHT PRAYER MEETING"

The "Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting Series" is a holy-spirit filled gathering of country music stars sharing their faith, some amazing songs and hilarious moments while touching the hearts of everyone in the room-- and everyone who watches. It was named "Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting" because that's what the "let-your-hair-down" style of worship was called back in the day. You went to Sunday morning all shined up, but Wednesday Night was for relaxing and celebrating the Lord Jesus. These moments are all captured in an old country Church setting.

Past artists in attendance include: Ricky Skaggs, The Oak Ridge Boys, John Berry, Bill Anderson, Larry Black, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, Barbara Fairchild, Gene Watson, The Isaacs, Jimmy Fortune, Teea Goans, The Martin Family Circus, Gordon Mote, Linda Davis, Rhonda Vincent and MANY MORE. They sing songs like "Victory In Jesus," "Wings of a Dove," "He Touched Me," "I'm Gonna Love You Through It," and others you're sure to recognize and sing along.

ABOUT GABRIEL COMMUNICATIONS

Gabriel Communications was started in 1996. Owned and operated by long-time disc jockey, Larry Black, the company specializes in "Reunion Gatherings." Black first applied the "Reunion Gathering" concept to the legends of country music. The idea was simple: Ask the great people who shaped country music to get together and talk about their history, and maybe sing a few songs.

From this idea, "Country's Family Reunion" was born. More than 30 country music legends got together for that first taping to tell their stories and sing their songs. The success of this series spurred the creation of more than a dozen more projects featuring hundreds of songs and stories.
